Lack of Communication: From the outset, communication was severely lacking. After submitting my application, I waited over three weeks without any acknowledgment or update on my application status. When I reached out, responses were delayed and uninformative.
Disorganized Scheduling: Scheduling the interview was a nightmare. There were multiple rescheduling attempts on short notice, and at one point, I was left waiting for an hour without any explanation before the interviewer canceled.

The first round was mainly a CV walkthrough.
The second round focused in depth on one specific project.
Both rounds also included LeetCode medium-level problems.
The third round was with the hiring manager with both project and problems for their business.
