Entrevista
The process begins with a brief interview with HR, which lasts about 15 minutes. If you pass this initial round, you will proceed to a second round where your skills are assessed. Subsequent rounds involve interviews with the sector director, and the final round consists of HR making you a job offer.

. Tell me about a time when you worked to improve the quality of a product / service / solution that was already getting good customer feedback. Why
did you think it needed improvement? How did customers react?
It was a HR call asking about background, it was quite short. HR was nice and friendly but it was more to filter out candidates who did not fit the basic criteria, eg: Visa requirements or Essential Skills

Standard process, HR round, 3 interviews. HR was very helpful but the second round turned into consulting case study kind of interview instead of any tech related question. Overall interviewers are professional and process was smooth.
