4 Rounds of interview in total, move forward pretty fast. Phone call with recruiter and then first round with hiring manager, then with manager from another group , and then with their manager. Failed the last round with a new hired supervisor. Basically asking behavior questions.

Do you have any experience on how to do a consolidation?
very straight forward interview process. didn't make it because I asked for the highest number of the range. 4 rounds of interview. it seems the company is pretty young with younger leaders.
