Recruiter call from local HR - checked for previous experience and the salary expectation. After recruiter call, another coordinator will arrange the interview with hiring manager and shared some prep hints.
Hiring manager call from China
Waiting for a whole week to receive feedback after the Hiring manager's call.
Interviewer was not focused during the interview. Was not very interested and seem indifferent. Did alot of research on it and gave plenty of examples on how I can contribute to the role but seem like he was not convinced

Did not end up getting past the manager screen, but it was overall nice conversations around the role, past experiences, and going over the program management process.

four rounds behavioral: recruiter, team lead, org lead, other team lead and an oa. the process too around 2 months, hr was very slow at responding and the process was pretty unstructured and unorganized.
