I interviewed with store manager and DM. DM interview was a call, SM was in store. very easy to complete and felt very comfortable in both interviews. Regional manager was out sick so did not get to meet u until after hired
Really easy and fast. They have you build an outfit and pitch it to them. Not anything to be worried about. Go in w a open mind! Great job for going to school.
Very basic especially of you moved up from bottom. Basic interview questions, sell yourself is the best bet! Talk about increase in KPI's, building connections! Really love the brand! Emphasis on being team player
