Easy. They only ask for basic information like what you'd expect from a part time job interview. Have you worked at Tim Hortons or other coffee shops before, do you like coffee, what made you apply here, have you worked as a cashier before, how would you communicate with an angry customer, etc.

In person interview with store manager. Was very nice and asked thoughtful questions. Provided me with information about the position and the company. The interviewer was very pleasant and kind.
