Very easy. They just want to know weather or not you can work under pressure and deal with difficult customers. They may ask about you about the tactics you might use in such situations.

It was easy/ General questions about customer service and how to handle a situation if 2 team members get into an argument and how to deal with irate customers. They ask what you can do to handle these kind of situations. They also ask what are some of your strengths and weaknesses and how they would affect your work.

I applied to a position available. Waited a few weeks to get a phone call. Then we set up a time and date. After interview would call to let me know if I got the job.
My interview process I found to be easy and fast, although I did have to wait a little bit for the manager to actually be available. I wasn't hired on the spot, but recieved a call back after a couple days and was hired.
