Why do you want to work here? What are your greatest weaknesses/strengths, what would you do if there was an angry customer, explain a Tims you were under pressure how did you handle it? Why should we hire you? Tell me something about yourself? Are you in school?
Pretty straightforward and professional. First phone interview and if you pass that they call for in person interview. You are well communicated with all the steps. The process roughly took month for me.

Entrevista
Walked in the store and applied in person with my resume printed. They asked about my availability and if I was applying for part time or full time. They also give you an application paper that you have to fill out, and inform you they will call you whether or not you have an interview.
Got a call back from the manager and scheduled an in-person interview that took around 10-15 minutes.

Entrevista
Quick process during interview. The Manager was friendly and had a good vibe from the place. The Store seemed short staffed.
I am Really glad I got the job .
I have Heard a lot about Tim hortons so I am really glad to be working here. A good start for new people in the country.
It is a Fast paced environment .
The interview was quick, was asked few questions.
Nothing so serious.
