Went through the entire hiring process just for them to rescind my offer 2 business days before my start date due to company restructuring. Allegedly they decided they are no longer going to hire any BHAs for the next couple months which is alarming considering the other reviews about lack of staff. This completely came out of left field and put me in a completely horrible financial position. Group interview. Asked questions about professionalism and ethics. Also asked why I wanted to work there. Was offered job on the spot.

Easy and personal. The interviewer was very eager to get to know more about me. They were excited to have possibly a new staff member join the company. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and I was offered a position right away.
