I was contacted for a graduate sales position via LinkedIn. The person who initially contacted me was lovely, however, when I spoke to her colleague, the salary was not the same. The initial job description mentioned 40k£/year, and then when I talked to the second person, it came down to 30k £. Therefore, I explained that I didn't want to go forward, mainly because of the salary drop between the initial interaction and the last one I had with them.

Got spammed asking if I was interested, which I expressed my interest countless time. Their recruitment team always ghosts me; I kept following up with the recruitment team and I never heard anything back apart from as following. "Q4 is utterly insane right, can we schedule a call next week?"
