Pros: - To the point - Easy to answer, just basic stuff about my current role etc. - Begins on time - The interviewer responds quickly whenever I asked about something on WA Cons: The interviewer was not engaging. Not sure if they already have another candidate in mind to advance to the next round - either way it was not pleasant. No enthusiasm when explaining the role, and answers curtly when I asked about role-specific questions. I think it's very necessary for recruiters to note that when you're interviewing candidates, we're interviewing you as much as you're interviewing us. If you show that you're half-hearted during this process, it reflects badly on the company that you're representing.
