Phone screen followed by a 3-round onsite interview. Onsite interview consisted of a panel (1 hour) with structured behavioral-based questions. After that, there were two one-on-one interviews, (30 min each) which were more casual. I felt my interviews went well, but I had to wait a very long time (7 weeks) for a decision and I was ultimately rejected.

It is a 3 part interview process. A one on one the a panel then another one on one. There is no point to this many interviews and with different people. As each time I was asked the same questions.
