I actually got this interview because I was scheduled an interview about 6 months before and it was cancelled. I had three interviews, the recruiter said there would be 5, and he listed the names and roles of everyone for these 5 steps. I was scheduling the 4th I had an unpleasant experience as I felt the recruiter was looking to immediately hire someone (interviews 1-2 days apart). When I was declined a day off work, and had to take the next interview 2 days later, the recruiter lost interest. I have worked in similar roles before and have a lot of experience. They were also interested enough to call me back months later... However how the process was handled left me feeling like my time was not appreciated. I felt that after taking the time for three interviews, they should not be rejecting candidates on a whim
