I had a two calls - first a casual one to discuss possible positions with the lead developer, then a follow up call with HR to discuss my background, experience and cultural fit. The HR interviewer was supposed to schedule an in-person interview to meet the team and also conduct a technical challenge. The HR interviewer who was supposed to arrange this never followed up or emailed me back. I find this completely unprofessional. I was excited about the possibility of working at Tiqets and now I will not refer any colleagues to interview with them.

It took place in 3 steps: 1. phone screening, 2. online test (in codility), 3. three round of on-site interviews - around 3.5h long (1.5h more in depth tech interview, 1h tech related interview including review of the online test, 1h talk with Product owners - more behavioral interview). All people contacting/interviewing me were very friendly and respectful. A nice thing is that the could group the onsite interviews so you have to do them all in a day.
