Request for interview via phone. I confirmed the initial date, then I received a change of data request for the following week which was understandable. Interview itself was thorough, asking my experience with specific programs or systems listed in the job description. It went smoothly and felt like a genuine conversation, but lack of email communication, not answering calls, and not reaching back to me when they gave me a deadline of when I should hear back just reflects poorly, especially after speaking with their HR department. Expectations are set by themselves but aren't followed through, ghosting me in the end.
