Straightforward - The timeline of the process was very well-organized, consisting of both behavioural conversations as well as technical assessments. I had an overall positive experience with this process and would expect nothing less for a firm like Tishman Speyer.
Employees were very kind and understanding during the process. I applied online then got an email for an interview. The interview was in person and I was there for about an hour.

One excel basic spreadsheet test that is just testing Excel knowledge followed by an review, and then another round more behavorial afterwards that mainly talked about why RE, why the firm, etc.
