Very relaxed. Went through about two to three interviews total with different people in the company. Was able to get a feeling for company culture and company President. Office location is very nice. Discussed the job opportunity quite a bit. Left a long section for questions at the end of interviews.

I answered an ad online and was called within a week to interview. I was barely out of the parking lot before I received a phone call with an offer. I started 2 weeks later after responding to an emailed offer letter. I was interviewed by the president first and then the second in command. I had done quite a bit of research beforehand and was overly prepared for the position.
