Hirevue and then two remote interviews. Behavioral in nature to gage golf knowledge and passion. Very laid back and professional. Two people interviewed me. One was the director of the program and the other was from human resources and a recruiter.

The interview process begins with meeting with a recruiter and from there the recruiter will provide you with questions you will be asked in your next/final interview. I would say this process is very fair as the recruiter gets to know about you and also prepares you well for your following interview.
