Initially applied online and then was asked to do a phone interview, where they asked basic behavioral quesitons and asked why I was interested in the company. Invited me in for a second round interview where I had a one-on-one interview with the boss of the company where he asked about sales experience and why I wanted to pursue this opportunity. Final round interview was with two sales associates who took me out to lunch for a casual interview that felt more like a sales pitch for the actual company, emphasis on communication skills being necessary for the position. They then took me out to the field where I showed my rudimentary abilities to pitch a few customers. It was not necessary to get very far at all with the customer, main thing they were looking for was courage to just pitch the customer however possible. Everyone was very friendly and wanted to tell if sales potential was to be found.
