The company’s job description stated that they are open to candidates from any educational background as long as they have good communication skills. However, during the interview, it seemed more like an exercise in guessing what the company actually does internally and which skill sets are relevant to the position, rather than a structured evaluation aligned with the posted role.
The process involved a basic self-introduction, but certain aspects reflected unstructured HR practices. Additionally, no feedback was shared afterward, which is generally considered a fundamental part of a professional recruitment process.
While the opportunity could be valuable for some, the interview experience suggests that clearer communication about expectations, a more structured approach, and basic candidate feedback would help the company present itself more professionally and attract stronger talent.

Lovely people, good interview process. Office is in a great location and very modern. Mix of culture and technical questions, which is a good sign they care about people and care about their culture

Was nice and got a call from HR and then had a call for the interview round and it was nice and systematic. Just a thought that management should beimproved.
