Very long process, no feedback given, uncomfortable interview. Presented a long and in depth presentation and requested feedback which was not given. Put off by company culture being mentioned, staff seemed overworked.

I was offered a hot drink when I came in, was very welcoming. Had a laugh and felt very comfortable. Was asked a few questions and shown the Nursery. Met a few people and was left feeling positive.
