Pretty standard interview process: 1. Call with the recruiter 2. Meet with the hiring manager 3. Panel interview My interviews were going really well; the hiring managers said they really liked me. Then I got ghosted by the recruiter and haven't heard from her again (I sent multiple follow ups). It started as a good experience but ended really poorly. Even a rejection email at least lets someone know that they're no longer in line for the opportunity or just to follow up to say, "Hey, we're working through scheduling on the back-end, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible." But just hearing nothing has really made me disappointed in this interview process.
