Interview process was a little over the top for a rep position that paid a below standard salary. Had an initial phone interview which was ok and then the fun started. Another phone interview which included a pitch of one of their products. Then onto a zoom call to present a second version of the pitch and also present two PP’s for a go to market plan and research on a potential customer. Interviewer was not very pleasant on both calls. Not enough coffee that morning I guess. Seemed not to like some of my questions that I asked about the territory. Is it not common to ask questions during the interview process? Interviewer was also critical of my PP’s. I don’t mind criticism but i felt it was a bit over the top for someone that hasn’t been engulfed in a product for a period of time. Wish I had looked at the reviews here before I wasted my time. Based on my experience and the reviews, I think this place is looking for 20/30 somethings that they can chew up and spit out.
