I had a couple of phone interviews with related technical engineers then a face-to-face interview with multiple people in TokBox' office. As this is a DevOps position so all the technical questions were of topics such as scaling, monitoring, infrastrucuture as code... The answers are varied based on your own experience of course but obviously they liked mine :). One thing that I like about the face-to-face interview is we actually talked about real problems facing TokBox and my current organization and how to deal with them. It turned out to be more of a working session /discussion than interview and we exchanged a lot good ideas how to make things better. The upper management has good visions and committment to fullfil those. The employees are very well-mannered and open. Great team feeling in general. The offer is definitely a step above Bay Area standard. I had multiple offers at the time so didn't take TokBox in the end because of personal reason. But you are interested in a place to grow your career and also have fun, this is it.
