The interview process went smoothly and very organized. The interviewers are very detailed in asking some questions and explaining how the job roles will be carried out. The interviewers also explained how the culture of working at the Tokopedia Company
First, you will have the time to introduce yourself and your background. Then, interviewers will test you over some projects you have done, case studies related to the role, and general questions. Lastly, you are allowed to ask your questions to them. The interviewers may interrupt while you are answering or asking questions.

All the processes were smooth and professional. It was conducted successfully by the employer to engage with the candidates. However, the employer did not show their faces while having interviews with the candidates.
