Depend on the position and manager worskstyle. Some position requiring a spontaneous technical test during the interview and some other just focusing on your individual character and relevant experiences. You just need always to be prepared with your answers, be yourself and equipped yourself with relevant knowledge or ways of working that would be beneficial for the company. HR users will assess more whther you are culture fit, and user interview focusing more on your skills.

There are 3 interviews: HR, User I, and User II. HR questions were pretty basic - related to personality, current activities, experience, and how the experiences relate to the job description that I intended to apply. The first user interview mostly consists of case studies related with the field, quite complex and I would say this interview is the most challenging one. The second user interview is more relaxed but still contained interesting questions. Overall, the interview process was very pleasant.
