It was a ~10 minute video call... but it was during "quarantine" so what can ya do. There were 5-10 very surface-level questions... it was all over so quickly. I didn't really know how to feel after that.

In-person at the store, it was very informal, and I think it was less than a week before I was hired. The manager was friendly. The communication was by email and overall pretty basic normal interview.
