I applied through a recruiter, was contacted back within a few weeks for an interview, and then interviewed on-site. The interview took place at the Tolteq office in Cedar Park. One person from the engineering managerial staff and one person from the HR staff interviewed me. Questions were about my mechanical engineering background and how it could be applied to Tolteq's products. Next, there were specific questions about some of their drawings and the drawing format. Pretty general stuff, but can be easily forgotten if you don't touch drawings everyday like some engineers. The Engineering Manager gave me a site tour before the end of the visit.
