Two old people interview you. They seem very shallow and salesy. Then if they like you, you are interviewed by corporate. Then if they like you, you ride in the field for 2 days. The salespeople treated me terribly, like I was bothering them. Then, I was given a few days to decide. They said, if it wasn't an immediate yes, they'd lose confidence in me.

Easy interview process. Phone, in person, and a full day ride along where I met the team. Great way to get a feel for the company, the people, and a day in the life.
