They’re hiring and interviewing process is unorthodox and indifferent. I would not be surprised if they have success hiring long term employees but probably of average talent level. I fell that they interview based off of paper and the person. Also I was very annoyed that I pursued a interview with them for two weeks only to find out that they changed their minds and the position doesn’t exist after going there to interview. They should be more considerate of other professionals time and our resources. Also not a fan of having to go through some lady at a desk to get a interview. It’s not 1970. It is a disadvantage to the candidate to have to deal with a screener that has probably never sold a car in his/her life.
