Applied online, got a call back few days later. Interviewed with the assistant manager. Interview went well, basic interview questions and after the interview was done the assistant manager said, "we will schedule you for another interview or see if the manager wants to bring you on board already." about a week later I got a call saying I got hired.

Fairly simple and straightforward. Make sure to review the application and prepare for the interview, and if you do so you will be good. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
It was an exciting and wonderful experience. The Manager ask thoughtful and typically questions for a retail associate role. We spent time touring the store and discussing the upcoming seasons collection. We even picked out my favourite items in the store.
The process was very fluid and the managers who interviewed me were very personable and kind. The overall process was a great one and gave a welcoming feel to the work environment.
