Met with the store's general manager and the restaurant's private area. Pretty straightforward interview and nothing too out of the ordinary. Received a call in a few days offering the position and was asked to bring in documentation whenever I was next free.

My interview was quick and easy, relaxed and conversational. I submitted my application online then just stopped in in person to introduce myself, so it happened out on the sales floor and was very laid back. Decision was made quickly and was offered a job on the spot.

1 minute face to face concerning availability. Really quick and standard. No need to dress up. I expected a slightly longer interview but the person interviewing basically wanted to see that I existed.
