I had submitted my resume online to their email address. I was called a month later asking to come in for an interview. It was a group interview which the store manager asked questions. For example, "What is your inspiration", "How can you be an asset to the company", "What are you studying or currently doing" and "Tell me a little about yourself".

It had been a casual conversation to get to know each and every individual, so therefore there was not any difficult or unexpected questions
It was very easy. Make sure you are prepared and know answers to behavioural questions and can think on the spot and also explain why you want to work for the company
easy to get through - behavioural questions are asked so be pepared and get to know the company values. look up questions that are behavioural and then prepare your responses
