They just want to get to know you . Don’t go talking about Tommy Hilfiger until they ask you about it because they will get annoyed if you make the entire interview about Tommy Hilfiger . Just be yourself and be relaxed act like you’re talking to a customer trying to sell a product your familiar with.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
