Brief, big group, friendly, open for conversation. We all sat in a big room like a college class. the managers were facing us while we faced them and we went one by one introducing ourselves. We all basically felt we were hired already everyone was friendly and warming. There was no room to mess up on the interview.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Entrevista
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
