Typical interview questions, quite easy to answer if you’re experienced in retail. Clearly an “if your face fits” culture as in skinny and preppy. Promised call back but received no response or feedback which I found quite disrespectful.

Tell me about a time when you provided excellent customer service
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Entrevista
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
