They will go ahead and sit with you outside so it makes it pretty comfortable and not so much pressure. They ask pretty straight forward questions and nothing tricky. They also just go over the brand and its values and tell you how they expect you to dress at work. Overall the interview was a piece of cake.

Has there ever been a time when you went above and beyond to help a customer, if so how?
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Entrevista
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
