Applied online. Called me for a group interview. Interview happened three weeks later. Asked typical questions. Very easy. Interviewer was very fun. Name was Joy. Btw you cant wear converse and just "rock it" as she said. Was hire. Asked if what Joy said was proper attire could be worn, was scolded for false info.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
