The interview process for my sales associate position was great and straightforward, very typical for this type of position. They asked questions related to customer service and POS experience the most.- Please do note this is based on my experience from a few years ago.

How would you handle a situation with a difficult customer?
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Entrevista
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
