easy as can be, apply online, turn up and they will go through your experience. come prepared with a relevant understanding of sales, upselling and brand awareness to be able to secure a positive reaction from the employer.
It went well and the store manager was able to ask the right questions and not be invasive. Overall very standard questions for a retail job. Focused on how to deal with unhappy customers or how to assist in making a sale happen. Some questions checked general retail knowledge while others wanted to see how good of a sales person.
