The interview process had 2 parts:
Part one:
Detailed interview assessment on phone followed by a face to face discussion in office!
Part two:
Detailed feedback given to me as a candidate on what are the good and not so good things about my candidature ! This does not happen in most interviews when a candidate is a select and happens in a few places when a candidate is regret!
