Mine was on zoom but I think they usually do it in store now, just be yourself and prove you can be relied on to do overtime, stock checks, customer service, delivery etc

It was alright, just basic customer service questions. It does help to research some of the main products, to know what you’re talking about. Just be friendly and confident and you won’t find it difficult.

Really friendly interviewer which was the store manager, showed around the back warehouse and asked typical interview questions. Felt very welcoming and they sounded like they were actually interested in my answers.

Very basic just getting understanding of you and whether you would fit in with the team already there. Also get understanding of your work schedule and flexibility as have to work weekends
