There are two interview sessions. Both are your typical chemist interview so you must be able to explain your past projects/fyp/participation as well as what you know about the company. Highlight what interest you for the job and show them the qualities that you can bring to the table.

Basically, I just share my experiences to the interviewer. They asked about my background, a few quite spontaneous questions as though the HR gave some clues on the interview. However, every candidates must be prepared for the interview in order to give good impression and get the job. This job position is working under hot environment, so be aware to those who suffers skin problem under this environment. I was grateful to have a very good, friendly and helpful HR who contacted me and making sure everything is working fine.

I apply in jobstreet on May 2020 and got selected for a phone interview within the same week. Four assessment (iq, maths,behavior and three interview question) and follow by an interview with the lab manager and a post doc. Did not proceed to the hr manager
