I was interviewed in March 2026 at Meru. The interview somehow makes me uncomfortable and uneasy when they asked questions. They questioned on why my CGPA does not meet their expectations, and why I have lower marks on certain subjects. They asked my personal issues/family, which I found it is not irrelevant to ask. Some of it, I may willingly to answer, but they keep asking my personal family, my private life more. I found it very unprofessional. And they asked me why I demand the salary too high when I only ask for 3K, which I believe quite reasonable as fresh grads. After I realised that they ask too many uncomfortable question, I believe that they did that because they don't want to interview me at the first place knowing my results does not meet their requirement. They did not even look at my presentation slide and my assestment, clearly because of my CGPA. Overall, it was a bad experience for me and it made me losing my confidence for some time after receiving that kind of treatment from them.

Need to prepare slides for presentation on introduction, experience, strengths, weaknesses, achievements. And then they test asking questions related to production and manufacturing. Overall the interview was good and they seeking for an outstanding candidate to be part of their team
