The interview process was incredibly easy. I applied online and was asked to come in for a first round of interviews. The first interview felt more like the company was trying to sell itself more than anything. They didn't really ask anything about me or my background. They offered me to come in again for a second round interview...which they said was more of an opportunity to learn more about the company and the position. In the second interview, they described the position and process of employment at the company more in depth and then offered me the job on the spot. The whole process seemed like they would hire anyone who was interested in the position.
