Applied for the position and was called for an interview. Good and helpful information beforehand. The interview itself was with two people. One very friendly the other one just sat there and seemed totally uninterested.
Took a very long time before I heard back after the interview.

Entrevista
Was called in for a screening call, to see where they would like to place me in their recruitment process. I had supplied the CV which they hadn't really read and asked several times about information mentioned in the CV. A lot of jumping back and forth with questions, indicating a unstructured way of holding the interview.
Very focused on having to speak Norwegian, which is not really a mandatory thing for the companies I could work for. As long as you can read, write and talk basic, it would be sufficient for any IT job in 2-3 line support.
The interviewer insisted on the need for certifications within certain fields, and fully ignoring the experience and knowledge shown.
