This interview process is the most bizarre I've ever seen.
One quick phone screen from the recruiter, then via email I'm asked to provide 3 time slots, for a technical interview (no details about content, timezone of the interviewer, etc.).
I do so, then I receive a few automated emails, one email to input my time slots (which I just provided via email) and another email to tell me my interview is booked (at a time slot which doesn't work for me of course).
We reschedule, then one of the email is asking me to setup my laptop, and do some tests online.
One of the tests is to record a video of myself reading a nonsensical paragraph they provide. I could not believe it.
Then I look at the email again, and it turns out these steps are required because the whole interview will be recorded.
This, plus the feedback from other people I read here, were too many red flags, so I withdrew my application.
