After submitting my resume, I was contacted by Topface for a role as their contact manager. All of this was in Russian. There was the first intitial interview of usual questions like "How did you find out about Topface" and "What motivates you to join us" but the majority of which was spent listening to what they had in mind as goals for the company. There was the first interview with these basic questions, then a second with my boss, then the final one with my senior boss, both of these last two being a repeat of the 1st with more listening and just general interest questions about who I am.
