Fun, group panel interview where management watched how everyone interacted in a social setting. It was a non conventional interview, but fun easy and different. The group was divided into smaller teams where each team was asked to perform a skit, and interpretive dance. It was a great way to get to know the company and management. Next, there was a brief one on one time, each person and you had one minute timed to tell the recruiters about yourself.
