It’s more of an audition. You have fun the entire time. When it’s time to actually be interviewed, it’s like speed dating and you go to about 5 different tables for 30 seconds.

At first you go to a group interview then after you go to an individual interview with a bunch of the managers and then you do a trial run and then you get more practice as you go. They were nice and helpful.

This is not a typical interview process be warned. I received a call for a group “hiring event” with games and dancing, followed by quick speed dating style interviewing. It is a couple hours long too.
